Overview
FaxMaker Online customers can sometimes request to download copies of their sent/outbound faxes including the cover page.
Information
FaxMaker Online does not store the sent faxes and hence there is no option to view or download outbound faxes from the Administrator Portal.
Administrators can however view fax transmission Reports and Activity logs but not access or download the actual fax contents of what was transmitted as this can only be viewed by the recipients.
As a workaround, copies of outbound faxes can be obtained from the Email sent folders belonging to the senders for scenarios where the outbound faxes are sent via Email. This workaround will however not retrieve the Coverpage as this is added to outbound faxes after they have been delivered to FaxMaker Online.
