Overview
This article describes the possible cause and the solution when a specific user is unable to send outbound faxes and instead receives an error notification containing the following error codes:
Error Class: 209715206
Error Code: 3250
Error Extra: 13468, 13461
Solution
The above error occurring for a specific user while other users are able to send outbound faxes without a problem suggests the affected user is not entering the fax number properly in the expected format.
As recommended in Specifying fax recipients, the fax number must always include the international dial symbol "+", as well as the country and area codes even when sending faxes locally.
The expected format is : faxnumber@gfifax.com
where faxnumber
is replaced with the full recipient’s fax number as described above e.g. +441273123456@gfifax.com
