Account is not Authorized to Fax Outside North America

Overview

FaxMaker Online users with trial accounts are by default unable to send faxes to non-US numbers and instead, they will receive the following error notification:

Your account is not authorized to fax to outside North America.

Information

New FaxMaker Online trial accounts have international faxing disabled by default but can send faxes to US/Canada fax numbers without additional steps.

However, FaxMaker Online faxes are sent to originate from the U.S. therefore any outbound fax to a non-US/Canada fax number will by definition be an international fax.

In order to have international faxing enabled for a trial account, it is necessary to submit a support request as outlined in Enabling International Faxing for New FaxMaker Online Accounts.
