This article provides information on how to cancel your FaxMaker Online subscription.
Information
FaxMaker Online subscription cancellation requests should be channeled through your reseller and in some instances, the reseller may need to contact their distributors to communicate with the Orders team directly.
If you have any difficulty with the cancellation request, contact GFI Sales for further assistance from the Sales and Orders Processing team.
Provide the following information together with the subscription cancellation request:

Customer ID
-
Customer name
-
Email address
Allow for up to three business days for the cancellation to be processed.
Note: If your account has unutilized credit, it is recommended to first exhaust the credit and thereafter you may leave the account to expire. Expired accounts with annual subscriptions are retained for 30 days without locking before being deleted altogether after 30 days. However, if you prefer direct cancellation, contact your reseller as guided above.
