Some outbound fax requests can be successfully accepted by FaxMaker Online for delivery and shortly thereafter a failure notification is emailed to the sender with the following error codes:
Error class: 106037250
Error Code: 3119
Error Extra -2146825287
This failure occurs when the attachment to be faxed exceeds the default maximum page count of 250 pages for faxes sent through FaxMaker Online.
Customers who need to send documents that exceed this limit can split the documents accordingly and send it in multiple outbound faxes.
Alternatively, for non-urgent documents, you may submit a support ticket requesting an override on your account to allow outbound faxes that are more than 250 pages.
Support agents should follow handle the account override requests as follows:
- Escalate the support request to Concord to configure the account override to allow for a higher limit. Normally they are able to allow faxes up to 1000 pages. Refer to Opening a Support Case with Concord for important information on how and when to open the support case with Concord Premium Support.
- Inform the customer that you will update the ticket as soon as you receive feedback from the Server Team.
After receiving confirmation that the override is in place, resend the fax. You should now be able to send outbound faxes having more pages than the default limit of 250 pages.
