Overview
GFI FaxMaker Online Mobile App users are unable to Cancel the 'New Fax' screen when using the iOS application.
When an iOS user opens a new message and then taps the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner, a popup dialog comes up that says c..; tapping on it does nothing and the user is unable to exit this screen.
Information
The above error was traced back to an engineering defect affecting earlier versions of the mobile app. The defect was fixed in the latest version.
iOS users running older versions are advised to update to the latest version of the GFI FaxMaker Online Mobile App which is available from the Apple App Store.
Android users can download the latest app from the Google Play Store.
