This article provides the system requirements for administrators and users to access the GFI FaxMaker Online service.
FaxMaker Online is a managed service that depends on reliable internet connectivity to transmit and receive faxes. Customers can change their internet service providers at will without any impact on the ability to send or receive faxes as long as users have uninterrupted internet connectivity, regardless of who the provider is.
Besides connectivity, the two categories of users have specific requirements as outlined below:
GFI FaxMaker Online is an online service and does not require any installation for administration purposes.
Administrators can use a preferred web browser to login to the Administrator Portal user interface at https://www.faxmakeronline.com/Account/LogOn.
GFI FaxMaker Online works best with the latest versions of the following common browsers:
- Google Chrome,
- Mozilla Firefox,
- Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 9 or later.
Users can send and receive faxes using any preferred Email client, either web-based or desktop client.
FaxMaker Online is fully compatible with all on-premise and hosted/web-based Email clients for sending and receiving faxes.
