There was a known issue on the backend database where the Current Balance will reflect a positive amount but the account has actually run out of pages. Verify the size of the page bundle (Subscription Type) and compare the Pages Sent/Received to determine if you need to renew.
This issue on the backend database was preventing the account management fields from updating properly thereby causing the balance in FaxMaker Online to reflect an incorrect amount. Note that it is normal for the page count to sometimes exceed the currently purchased page bundle because faxing does not stop as soon as you hit the bundle limit to allow for the allow the current queue to clear before stopping the ability to fax.
Confirm your subscription account status by following the information provided in Understanding your Subscription Account Balance and purchasing a new plan if necessary but if the error persists, open a support request for further assistance from the support team.
You FaxMaker Online administrator should be regularly monitoring your usage and look out for Email notifications advising on when to renew your bundle and accordingly renewing before exhausting your page bundle balance.
Once the issue with the incorrect balance is resolved and a new bundle purchased, if necessary, send a test fax and confirm that it was successfully transmitted without any errors.
