This article describes what to do when the fax numbers that have been purchased are not visible in your fax pool hence not available for assignment to users.
If a customer has opened a Support ticket regarding this issue, then start a Side Conversation with the Sales (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Orders (email@example.com) teams on the ticket and communicate any information between the customer and these teams.
By following the process described in Adding More Fax Numbers, the newly purchased are usually immediately available to be assigned to FaxMaker Online users to start receiving faxes.
However, in case the new numbers are not added to your fax pool after purchase completion, contact the GFI Sales & Orders team to verify the status of the affected fax numbers.
Attach a copy of your invoice to the ticket and confirm the preferred Area Code for the missing fax numbers. The Sales team will verify the purchase details and reach out to the carrier for assigning the numbers while providing progress status updates.
Once you get communication that this is resolved, you can navigate to the Dashboard > Fax Pool Overview to assign the numbers to Users as described in Assigning Numbers to Users in FaxMaker Online.
