An administrator creating a new FaxMaker Online user through the Add user wizard may sometimes find the "No Fax number Required" checkbox missing from the Fax Settings dialog as shown below:
The actual view seen by the administrator has part of the dialog cut off hence not showing the "No Fax number Required" checkbox at the top. This makes it impossible to proceed with creating a user who doesn't require a fax number.
This issue happens when the FaxMaker Online Administrator Portal is launched from a device with a very low screen resolution that is typically the case with small laptops and netbooks having small screens which end up cutting off part of the selections in the add user wizard.
Using the browser utilities to Zoom out the page should bring into view the missing section and make it possible to select the "No Fax number Required" checkbox.
Alternatively, you can log in to the FaxMaker Administrator Portal from a different device that supports a higher screen resolution.
The minimum standard resolution of 1024x768 or higher supported by most laptop displays should be good enough to display the FaxMaker Online Administrator Portal without any sections being cut-off.
Using your browser utilities to Zoom out the page or changing to a higher resolution display should bring the missing parts of the wizard into view.
