GFI FaxMaker Online users experiencing problems in receiving inbound fax may open a support ticket for assistance in resending/resubmitting missed faxes.
This article provides a solution to retrieve such faxes which can only be executed through the FaxMaker Online support team, but with a limitation that they can only re-submit faxes received in the last 7 days.
Self-service resubmission of faxes through the Faxmaker Online Administrator Portal is currently not supported.
Customers should submit a support request for further assistance, keeping in mind that only faxes from the last 7 days can be retrieved through the resubmission process.
Support agents should follow the process outlined in Resending Faxes in FaxMaker Online once they receive these requests, making sure to inform the customer that this will only be done for inbound faxes from the last 7 days.
