GFI FaxMaker Online customers who do not set up a receiving email have no way of retrieving the faxes sent before the receiving email was configured.
This article provides a workaround to retrieve such faxes which can only be done by the FaxMaker Online support team, albeit with the limitation that only faxes from the last 7 days can be retrieved.
Retrieving faxes sent before a receiving email was configured is achieved through resubmitting the faxes which can only be done by the GFI FaxMaker Online support team. Self-service through the Faxmaker Online Administrator Portal that customers have access to is not possible.
Customers should submit a support request for further assistance, keeping in mind that only faxes from the last 7 days can be retrieved through the resubmission process.
