Overview
FaxMaker Online customers may request to change the initial and delivery notification emails to other languages different from the default language which is English. This article provides information about how this can be achieved and highlights some important limitations for users to be aware of before proceeding.
Information
Changing the notifications to a different language is currently implemented as plain-text email as changing the default MHTML schema to incorporate non-English characters to accommodate other languages has been problematic. For this reason, the Notification Email will not contain external resources, such as images hence the email is received as text only.
This change can only be done by the server team therefore submit a support request for consideration and prioritization by the server team to implement your preferred language.

It is possible to change the language of Initial and Delivery notification emails to another language, although not automatically. Concord can update the schema, and they would need the customer's preferred text notification to be delivered. Otherwise, they can use Google to translate the standard notification from English to the user's language.
Support agents should follow these steps once the ticket is received:
- Escalate the language change request to Concord Support. Refer to Opening a Support Case with Concord for important information on how and when to open the support case with Concord Premium Support.
- Inform the customer that you will update the ticket as soon as you receive feedback from the Server Team.
