Overview
This article provides the steps to change the fax received format for FaxMaker Online.
Process
By default, FaxMaker Online will email a received fax with the fax image in TIF format.
This can be changed on a per-user basis:
- Login to the GFI FaxMaker Online console.
- Navigate to Settings > Users.
- Click the blue Gear icon to the right of the user's name and select Edit User.
- Select Fax Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, will be a drop-down list displaying TIFF, PDF, XPS, or TIF-HiRes. Choose the desired file attachment type and Save the changes.
